The distal threaded section of the implants has a rough surface to ensure secure bone fixation, while the implant body boasts a smooth machined finish. Designed for immediate loading, they perform effectively when primary stability is sufficient and occlusal forces are properly managed.
Non-aggressive treatment of the implant surface: sandblasting with hydroxyapatite and subsequent removal by washing process with the exception of the prosthetic platform of the first coronal section for safe juxta-crestal positioning
The MUA system includes a complete line of products designed for zygoma implant rehabilitation. Available in different heights, they connect to a wide range of complementary products. Sterile-packaged with transport carrier suitable for easy control of the prosthetic emergence. Use the prosthetic driver totighten the retention screw. Made of Ti gr.23.
Traditional Technique
For the atrophic posterior jaw, a zygomatic implant is positioned on either side of the jaw, paired with 2–4 conventional implants in the front region.
Zygoma Quad Technique
In the fully atrophic jaw, the placement of conventional implants is not feasible. This technique involves the insertion of 2 zygomatic implants per quadrant, interconnected in a single rehabilitation framework.
The kit is equipped with drills specifically designed for zygomatic implants:
